When - God gave - Moses 10 - rules for - livin'
He - said they were im -portant and- this is what I'm -stressin'
-Worship no one - other than our- God who's -true
-Do not worship -idols is com -mandment number -two.
-When you use God's -name do it -with re - spect
-Take a -day's break -every week -for the best ef -fect.
-Now your Mum and -Dad you must -listen to
'Cos -what they -tell you you've - always gotta - do!
-Rule number -six don't - take a -life
And -always be -faithful to your-husband or your -wife.
-Don't steal from -others and -don't you ever -lie
To -keep these com-mandments you've -really gotta -try.
If your -friend has -something that you -think is -cool
Don't -wish that it was- yours is the -tenth and final -rule.
We'll -find these rules -hard to keep, we'll -often need for-givin'
But these -rules are for our -good from a -God who's ever - lovin'.
